Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Layer: Combine the strawberries and sugar or honey in a small saucepan. Let macerate for at least 10 minutes. Simmer until thick and jammy. Let cool.
- Prepare the Yogurt Layer: Whisk together yogurt, milk, and honey until pourable. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Assemble the Popsicles: Mix some yogurt with granola. Layer yogurt, granola, and strawberries in popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Unmold and Enjoy: To unmold, run molds under hot water and gently remove the popsicles. Enjoy these breakfast popsicles immediately.
