  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

  • Cilantro Lime Crema
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning. Add chicken thighs, toss to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until cooked through.

Notes

  • For the Chicken Taco Seasoning: Combine 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper.
