- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sprinkles
Glaze (optional):
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3–4 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk the egg, vanilla, sugar, sour cream, melted butter, and vegetable oil. Stir in the dry ingredients.
- Add sprinkles: Gently fold in the sprinkles without overmixing.
- Fill the pan: Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into the donut pan.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan.
- Glaze: For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over the donuts and add more sprinkles.

- You can yield 12 donuts by filling the cavities less full, reducing bake time to 10-12 minutes.
