- 2 12 oz packs of Kielbasa
- 10 oz pasta (such as Cellentani)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 TBSP minced garlic
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- Dried parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Cook the kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into rounds and brown them in a skillet over medium-high heat. Set aside once browned.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until thickened.
- Combine: Once the Alfredo sauce reaches your desired consistency, add the cooked pasta and kielbasa to the skillet. Stir to combine.
