Description

These Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos are a delicious twist on traditional tacos, featuring seasoned ground chicken topped with fresh romaine, Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon bits, all folded in a warm flour tortilla.


Ingredients

Ground Chicken:

500g

Seasoning:

2 tsp garlic powder, Salt and black pepper

Other:

8 small flour tortillas, 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 1/3 cup Caesar dressing, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Prepare the Tortillas: Spread a thin, even layer of seasoned chicken on the back of each tortilla, pressing it down firmly.
  3. Cook the Tacos: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil, place the tortillas chicken side down, and cook until golden and fully cooked (approx 2-3 minutes). Flip and crisp up the other side.
