Instructions

  3. Coat Molds: Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each chocolate mold. Using a small paintbrush or spoon, coat the inner walls of the mold completely with chocolate. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has set firmly.
  4. Fill with Caramel: Once the chocolate shells are set, fill each mold with the cooled pumpkin caramel filling, leaving enough space at the top to seal with more chocolate. Ensure the caramel has cooled if made the same day before filling.
  5. Seal Chocolates: Reheat any remaining melted chocolate and pour over each mold to cover the caramel filling completely.
  6. Remove Air Bubbles and Set: Gently tap the molds on the countertop to release any air bubbles and then refrigerate until fully set.
