Description

Garlic Powder:

Parmesan Cheese:

Fresh Parsley:

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet with half of the olive oil.
  2. Prepare Zucchini: Cut zucchini into ½ inch slices and arrange on the baking sheet.
  3. Season Zucchini: Brush slices with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and most of the Parmesan.
  4. Bake: Bake for 9 minutes, then broil for 1 minute for a crispy top.
