- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz mini marshmallows (or regular size – mini’s melt faster)
- 11.5 oz Lucky Charms cereal
Instructions
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: Melt the butter in a pot on the stove over medium heat. Once the butter is fully melted, add salt and marshmallows. Stir continuously until the marshmallows and butter are completely melted and well combined.
- Combine with Cereal: Turn off the heat. Immediately add the Lucky Charms cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly to ensure every piece of cereal is coated with the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Set and Cool: Spread the coated mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. If you prefer thicker bars, use a smaller pan. Allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
