Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare Kale: Remove large stems from kale, chop into chunks, and wash well. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Toss with Seasoning: In a large bowl, toss kale with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
  3. Bake: Lay seasoned kale flat on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
