Fresh Kale:
- 2 bunches fresh kale
Seasoning:
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, to taste
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Kale: Remove large stems from kale, chop into chunks, and wash well. Dry thoroughly.
- Toss with Seasoning: In a large bowl, toss kale with olive oil, sea salt, and garlic.
- Bake: Lay seasoned kale flat on a baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
- Finish: Allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve or Store: Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
