Description

Meatballs:

  • 400 grams meatballs

Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1 Tablespoon corn flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep: If you haven’t already made a batch of baked meatballs, prepare them according to the recipe. Steam rice and prepare steamed vegetables.
  2. Cook: Whisk together beef stock and cornflour. Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and chilli flakes. Heat a pan, add meatballs, pour sauce over, and cook for 5 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens. Serve with rice and veggies.
