Meatballs:
- 400 grams meatballs
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1 Tablespoon corn flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep: If you haven’t already made a batch of baked meatballs, prepare them according to the recipe. Steam rice and prepare steamed vegetables.
- Cook: Whisk together beef stock and cornflour. Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and chilli flakes. Heat a pan, add meatballs, pour sauce over, and cook for 5 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens. Serve with rice and veggies.
