Wet Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Cook Waffles: Preheat a waffle iron, spray with oil, pour batter, and cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Repeat with remaining batter, store leftovers in the fridge or freezer, and reheat before serving.
