Graham Cracker Crust:
- One (9″ round) prepared graham cracker crust
Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, mostly thawed
- Zest of one lemon
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemonade concentrate. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add lemon zest and beat to combine.
- Slowly beat or fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before cutting into slices. Enjoy straight from the freezer or slightly softened at room temperature.
Notes
- The frozen lemonade concentrate can be found in the freezer section near the frozen fruit or juice/cocktail mixer section of the grocery store. Prepared lemonade can be used as a substitute.
