Description

This Frozen Lemonade Pie is a delightful no-bake dessert that’s perfect for hot summer days. Creamy, tangy, and refreshing, it’s a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • One (9″ round) prepared graham cracker crust

Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, mostly thawed
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemonade concentrate. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add lemon zest and beat to combine.
  2. Slowly beat or fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  3. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before cutting into slices. Enjoy straight from the freezer or slightly softened at room temperature.

Notes

  • The frozen lemonade concentrate can be found in the freezer section near the frozen fruit or juice/cocktail mixer section of the grocery store. Prepared lemonade can be used as a substitute.
