Marinade:

Chicken:
- 2 lbs chicken (drumsticks and wings)
Seasoned Flour:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder

- Oil spray (canola oil spray)
Instructions
- Clean the chicken: Rinse the chicken and place it in a bowl.
- Marinate: Pour buttermilk over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season: Season chicken with poultry seasoning.
- Coat with flour: In a bag, mix flour and seasonings. Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
- Prepare tray: Line a baking tray with foil and spray with oil. Place chicken on the tray.
