For the Chickpeas:
- 1 19oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven or Air-Fryer: Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) or air-fryer to 350F (180C).
- Prepare Chickpeas: Spread chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet or in the air-fryer basket.
- Bake or Air-Fry: Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, or air-fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
- Season Chickpeas: Toss hot chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, thyme, and salt in a bowl.
- Finish Cooking: Spread seasoned chickpeas back onto the baking sheet or in the air-fryer, and continue baking or air-frying until golden and crispy.
- Enjoy: Snack on the chickpeas warm or allow them to cool completely.
Notes
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for about a week.
