Description

These Cherry Coke Popsicles are a refreshing and nostalgic treat perfect for hot summer days. With the sweet flavor of maraschino cherries and the fizzy kick of cola, these popsicles are a fun twist on a classic soda float.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Cola Popsicle Mix:

  • 16-20 oz cola

Maraschino Cherry Layer:

  • 1 jar maraschino cherries (12-24 cherries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cherry Layer: Separate maraschino cherries from the juice. Cut cherries in half and place cherry halves in Popsicle molds.
  2. Add Cherry Juice: Pour maraschino cherry juice over cherries in each mold, filling 1/3 of each mold. Freeze for 4 hours.
  3. Add Cola: Pour cola over the frozen cherry layer, leaving space at the top. Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  4. Serve: To remove, briefly dip molds in lukewarm water and enjoy!

Notes

  • Be sure to firmly push the Popsicle sticks into the partially frozen cherry layer to ensure they stay in place.
  • If the Popsicles are difficult to remove, a quick dip in warm water will help release them from the molds.
