Lemon Mint Pesto:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/41/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers: Skewer cantaloupe balls, mozzarella, basil leaves, and prosciutto pieces onto skewers as desired.
