For the Margaritas:
- 4 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 2 ounces cointreau
- 12 blackberries, muddled
- Topo Chico to finish
For Garnish:
- Limes to garnish
- Aggressively salted rim
Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses: Run a wedge of lime across the top of 2 glasses. Once damp, coat the rim in salt.
- Mix the Margaritas: Muddle the blackberries. Add the tequila, lime juice, cointreau, and muddled blackberries to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glasses.
- Serve: Add ice to the glasses and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with lime slices.
