Description

For the Margaritas:

  • 4 ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 2 ounces cointreau
  • 12 blackberries, muddled
  • Topo Chico to finish

For Garnish:

  • Limes to garnish
  • Aggressively salted rim

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Glasses: Run a wedge of lime across the top of 2 glasses. Once damp, coat the rim in salt.
  2. Mix the Margaritas: Muddle the blackberries. Add the tequila, lime juice, cointreau, and muddled blackberries to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glasses.
  3. Serve: Add ice to the glasses and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with lime slices.

Notes

  • Not everyone loves salt on their margarita so you can always make your rim smaller.
