Ladyfinger Layer:
- 8 ladyfinger cookies
Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Blueberry Layer:
- 1 cup blueberries
Cream Layer:
- 1 8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Serving:
- 4 9-ounce cups or mason jars
Instructions
- Slice Strawberries: Slice two strawberries lengthwise with stems. Hull and slice the remaining strawberries.
- Prepare Cream: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add milk and vanilla, mix well.
- Layer Ingredients: Break ladyfingers into cups, add cream cheese mix, strawberries, more ladyfingers, cream, blueberries, and top with a strawberry half.
- Final Touch: Optionally, add whipped cream and extra berries on top. Refrigerate before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ladyfingers with other cakes if desired.
- Try instant pudding mix instead of the cream cheese layer.
