- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup bbq sauce (your favorite kind)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat each chicken thigh with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Season the Chicken: Mix garlic powder, chipotle powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Rub the spices onto the chicken thighs.
