Sweet Potato Wedges:
- 1 lbs 2 medium sized sweet potatoes

- 1/4 tsp chili powder or 1/8 if you prefer less spice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder or corn starch
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes.
- Prepare the sweet potatoes: Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then cut into wedges. Ensure the wedges are similar in size.
- Season the wedges: In a bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add arrowroot powder: Sprinkle arrowroot powder over the wedges and toss again to coat.
- Cook in the air fryer: Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 15-16 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
