Breading:

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Additional:

  • 1 cup store-bought or homemade marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut and Season Chicken: Carefully butterfly chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare Breading Stations: Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, Parmesan, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder.
